Alfing Montagetechnik GmbH (AMT) opened their doors in 1981. Their current product line encompasses nutrunner technology, assembly machines, and automation.

Alfing Kessler Sondermaschinen GmbH (AKS) was founded in 1938. They are active in the fields of transfer lines and dial machines, machining centers and fracture systems.

Alfing has represented in the USA since 1992 with sales and service office.

In 2009 a service organization was founded in China.

The Alfing companies, AKS and AMT, together with their branch officies in th USA and China, work together under a holding company and employ approx. 500 people wordwide.
