Assembly machines for locking parts integrate the following processes:
- Supply and feed assembly parts using sorting pots or step conveyors
- Coat the wear bores with sealant (Loctite)
- Press ball and covers
- Insert Koenig expanders
- Integrated leak test (optional)
Upon customer request, these machines can also be configured as transfer lines or flexible assembly modules.
